Friday, November 13

*Please note: schedules may be adjusted slightly as we get closer to the show.

No Tinies or Littles* at Dress Rehearsal - they will have a moment on stage just before the show!

Everybody arrives in full costume, hair and makeup.
Bring water and a NUT-FREE snack!
Check In Location: Showalter Rotunda (2nd Floor of Showalter Hall)
*Dancers in Littles/Jr classes are considered “Juniors.”

SHOW 1 DRESS REHEARSAL TIMES
2:00pm Show Director arrives
3:00pm Set Up Crew arrive
4:00pm Show 1 Adults and Seniors Check In
4:15pm Show 1 Juniors and Intermediates Check In
4:30pm Show 1 Circle Time - On Stage
5:00pm Show 1 Dress Rehearsal (all dancers sit in audience and watch the show while they wait)
6:00pm Check Out for All Show 1 Dancers

11:30am Jubilee staff arrive
12:30pm - 1:00pm All Show 1 performers (including Tinies and Littles) check in 
1:00 pm Tinies and Littles Dress Rehearsal on stage
1:30pm Circle Time for all dancers on stage (behind curtain)
1:30pm Show 1 Doors Open
2:00pm Show 1 Starts
3:20pm Show-1-only Dancers drop off costumes and check out

SHOW 2
4:30pm - 5:00pm All Show 2 performers (including Tinies and Littles) check in
5:10pm Tinies and Littles Dress Rehearsal on stage
5:30pm Circle Time on stage (behind curtain)
5:30pm Show 2 Doors Open 
6:00pm Show 2 Starts
7:00pm All dancers drop off costumes and check out

COSTUME DROP OFF - all remaining costume piece(s) received from teachers must be dropped off at the costume table in the rotunda. Bring clothes to change into after the show!

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION - In order to keep ticket costs low and productions possible, we are requesting the following, starting Fall 2026: 

All Jubilee families are requested to provide one volunteer for show weekend.

Example: check-in, class helper, usher, load in/out, etc. 

EXCEPTION: Families with students enrolled in Mommy and Me or any Tinies class are exempt from this request.

We are no longer offering coupons or tickets.

Each role will not exceed 3 volunteer hours per semester, but as always you are welcome to jump in as you are able to help in additional capacities.

Sign-ups will be sent out a month or so before the show.
