Dress Rehearsal Schedule
Friday, December 12

SUBJECT TO CHANGE

No Tinies or Littles at Dress Rehearsal - they will have a moment on stage just before the show!

SHOW 1 DRESS REHEARSAL TIMES
Everybody arrives in full costume, hair and makeup (bring a labeled snack or dinner if in both shows!)
2:00pm Show Directors arrive
3:00pm Set Up Crew arrive
4:00pm Show 1 Adults and Seniors Check In - Showalter Rotunda (2nd Floor of Showalter Hall)
4:15pm Show 1 Juniors and Intermediates Check In - Showalter Rotunda
4:30pm Show 1 Circle Time - On Stage
5:00pm Show 1 Dress Rehearsal (all dancers sit in audience and watch the show while they wait)
6:00pm Check Out for All Show 1 Dancers (except those also in Show 2).
ALL DANCERS LEAVING THE BUILDING MUST CHECK OUT (same table as check in)
We advise those staying to bring a sack dinner as there will not be enough time to leave to eat.

Please bring a packed snack or lunch for dancers to eat backstage.

11:30am - 12:00pm Teachers and some volunteers arrive (see Volunteer Sign Ups)
12:30pm - 1:00pm All performers (including Tinies and Littles) arrive for check in at Showalter Rotunda
1:10pm Tinies and Littles Dress Rehearsal on stage
1:30pm Circle Time on stage (behind curtain)
1:30pm Show 1 Doors Open - Guests show tickets (on mobile or printed) at Showalter Rotunda (2nd Floor of Showalter Hall)
2:00pm Show 1 Starts
3:20pm Show-1-only Dancers drop off costumes (bring a change of clothes!) and check out

Show 2
4:00pm - 4:15pm Some volunteers arrive (see Volunteer Sign Ups)
4:30pm - 5:00pm All performers (including Tinies and Littles) arrive for check in at Showalter Rotunda
5:20pm Tinies and Littles Dress Rehearsal on stage

COSTUME DROP OFF - all remaining costume piece(s) received from teachers must be left in the backstage area bins provided. Bring clothes to change into after the show! Some costumes will be available for buy back at Celebration Day.

Parent Volunteers - all parents are invited to volunteer! For this show we are offering all volunteers a $20 off tuition coupon per chosen role - you can choose more than one as long as times do not conflict! We rely on your participation as class helpers, runners, check-in table, merch/concession sales, and set up and tear down to make these amazing shows come together!
