Jubilee Pricing and Policies

Here's everything you need to know about our tuition, fees, and discounts.

Payment Information

  • Online Payments: All tuition payments are processed online. We accept credit card payments with a 2.89% surcharge (Visa, Mastercard, Discover only; American Express is not accepted). This surcharge does not apply to debit cards.

  • Alternative Payments: Cash or checks are generally not accepted. If you require an alternative payment method, please email us at jubileedancespokane@gmail.com. Payment must be made in full before the start of class.

  • Non-Refundable Tuition: All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Registration & Tuition

  • Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $7.50 per class is required upon registration.

  • Payment Options:

    • Paid in Full: Pay the entire semester's tuition at once. Accounts will be pulled on September 1 (Fall) or the first day of class (Spring) or the Monday following registration if enrolling late.

    • Monthly Payment Plan: Pay in monthly installments with an additional $5 per month fee.

      • Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month.

      • A reminder will be sent two days prior to withdrawal.

      • Payment plans are only available via automatic monthly withdrawal.

  • Tuition Withdrawal:

    • "Paid in Full" tuition is withdrawn on Sept 1 (Fall) or the first day of class (Spring) or the Monday following your registration if you register after those dates.

    • Monthly payment plans are withdrawn on the 1st of each month.

  • Proration for Late Registrants: NEW Families Only: We do not offer prorated tuition except in the case of new families registering after the semester has begun. For these families joining Jubilee for the first time, we offer the following rates: $20/remaining class ($30 for 1.5 hour classes) + $70 show fee + $7.50 registration fee. Proration will be applied by request only: please email kristina.jubileedancespokane@gmail.com for this discount.

  • Returned Payment Fee: A $10.00 NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee will be charged for any returned ACH bank drafts and the account will be charged the Monday after the account holder is notified.

  • Chargeback Fee: Unauthorized chargebacks that do not align with our clearly stated cancellation or refund policies will result in a $30 administrative fee to cover processing and dispute costs. We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before disputing charges with their bank.

  • Extension Fee: A $5.00 fee applies for payment due date extensions.

  • Class Change Fee: There is no class change fee, but $7.50 registration fee for any class registered is non-refundable and the class switched into will also have a $7.50 registration fee.

  • Unpaid Balance: If a balance remains unpaid after the session ends, students will not be permitted to attend classes the following class session until the previous session’s tuition is covered.

Costume Policy

  • Costume rental fees are included in the show fee.

  • Costumes are returned to the studio after the performance to be used in future productions to reduce waste.

  • We prioritize sustainable costume practices.

Scholarships

  • Scholarships are available by application - due January 19.

  • Scholarship recipients participate in volunteer and custodial work.

  • Scholarship recipients are required to select a volunteer role for the show which will not be compensated by a free ticket or tuition coupon.

  • Registration and a portion of the show fee are not covered by scholarships.

  • Scholarships do not apply to private lessons.

Pricing

    • Regular Classes (17 Weeks): $343 per class (plus $7.50 registration fee). Total includes 17 weeks of class and a $70 show fee (costume rental, production elements).

  • Please note the registration fee is an additional cost

    • Awestruck Dance Company: $287 (9 weeks, 1.5 hr. per week)

    • Theater: $215

    • Ignite: $273

    • Mommy and Me Session 1: $128 (non-performing)

    • Mommy and Me Session 2: $214 (performing)

    • Dancer Flexibility and Core: $250

    • Storyline: $250 (covers the whole year)

    • Drop-in Class: $25 per one hour class, $35 per 1.5 hour class, $40 per two hour class

    • Jubilee Preschool of the Arts - $794/semester

    • Ballet 4 - $794/semester at 3 hr. per week (performing)

    • Ballet 5 - $966/semester at 4 hr. per week (performing)

    • $60 per hour, $40 per half-hour (+$10 per additional dancer, then split).

    • Costumes are purchased separately.

    • No discounts or scholarships apply.

    • A private lesson policy form is required.

    • Adults: Take 3 classes and get additional $100 off (after multi-class discounts).

  • Fees

    • Late Tuition Fee: $10 if payment is late, plus $10 for every additional 30 days.

    • Late Pick-Up Fee: $10 after a 10-minute grace period.

    • Payment Plan Fee: $5 per month.

    • ACH Failed Bank Draft Fee: $10

    • Unauthorized Chargeback Fee: $30
